01The arc

An athlete, an operator, then a founder.

  • 01

    Athlete

Member of Howard University's first women's lacrosse recruiting class. Learned early how to build, compete, and create something from the ground up.

  • 02

    Operator

  • 03

    Founder

Built LPP because the field was missing an independent practice.

About the name

The name is intentional. Legacy is the goal. The lemon is the reminder that every meaningful chapter starts with what you have and the choice to make something more from it.

I have spent years inside these systems. I know where they work, where they break down, and I know how I can help people navigate them differently.

04Operating principles

Four things we hold ourselves to.

  • 01

    Independence

No products, no AUM. Counsel without conflict.

  • 02

    Operator credibility

We learned this work inside institutions before bringing it to clients as an independent practice.

  • 03

    Discretion

Engagements, donors, and program details stay private by default.

  • 04

    Structure over noise

We design the underlying architecture, not the press release.
